Exceeding Expectations!
Move Well, Feel Well, Stay Well

At Kogarah Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic, we're committed to help you move well, feel well and stay well. Our practice principal, John Daher and his team, combine current research with clinical expertise to help you change movement patterns and dysfunctions that cause you pain to help place you on the right track to changing your life and returning to the activities you love.

Our clinic sees various musculoskeletal, spinal and sports injuries, ranging from the acute sprain or strain, to the more chronic complex conditions that have tried physiotherapy and allied health services elsewhere. We do not use machines in our treatments and all appointments are one-on-one to provide you with specialised optimal care.

We pride ourselves to be the premier physiotherapy provider in the Kogarah area and amongst the St. George community.

We have large modern treatment rooms with a fully equipped gym and Pilates Studio on our mezzanine level. We also have excellent rapport from patients, coaches, general practitioners and specialists, together with affiliation with various sports teams and CrossFit boxes.

Kogarah Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic has been providing a comprehensive range of quality physiotherapy services since it was established in 1987. The Clinic not only caters for the needs of the sporting population but also people with everyday complaints, children and the elderly. Whether you have a sports injury, work injury, back or neck pain, just had surgery, or just suffering general aches or tightness, Kogarah Physiotherapy has experienced clinicians who can assist you with your problem.

Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality care, and give you the optimum, most up to date management available to restore, maintain and promote optimal physical function, quality of life and sports participation as it relates to you.

Our physiotherapists specialise in a thorough assessment that uses the Thoracic Ring Approach and Integrated Systems Model by renowned researcher, educator and physiotherapist Linda-Joy Lee. We aim to identify the potential cause of the injury and provide you with an accurate diagnosis.

We specialise in “hands-on” treatment and promote self-management strategies through an easy to follow home exercise program based on the most up to date and “evidence based” treatment options. This is the difference between maintenance treatment and actually curing your problem.
